Payment & Insurance
Private Pay
For patients who don't have insurance or prefer not to use their benefits. Payment is due at the time of service. Private pay keeps your diagnosis and treatment confidential and unshared with insurers.
Insurance
If we are a provider for your health plan, we'll bill your insurance directly; you're responsible for any co-payment or deductible. Out-of-network clients receive a superbill for reimbursement.
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Missed appointments are charged the full rate and are not covered by insurance.
