Patients who do not have insurance (or who do not wish to use their insurance benefits). Payment is due at the time of service.
If we are a provider for your health plan, we will bill your insurance directly. At the time of service, you are responsible for co-payment or any deductible.
Other insurance and managed care companies often cover services for therapists who are out-of-network. In such cases, you will need to pay in full and we will supply you with a receipt that can be used to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” under the No Surprises Act, estimating how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

source link If a patient is unable to attend their scheduled appointment, we ask that they inform the office at least 24 hours in advance. If a patient fails to attend or cancels more than two appointments without notice they will be unable to reschedule.
